I watched a bit of the video and the speakers (Don't know their names)mention a great bit of detail about why we started to see a great deal of titles come(ing) to digital rather than retail. The profit they see in digital is sometimes greater than what they would see in retail if the game doesn't sell as well.
I'm happy they are self publishing their own titles and can see a better profit for their hard work.
As for their games, it a day one once...
To me, this is more like a demo. Who has a beta 18 days before release? How much can get done within 18 days? Im still going to give it a try, but Im really buying it for the SP.
The PSP version didn't do well at all in Japan either, so its no surprise. It should do well in Europe, US and the rest of the world.
The first LBP was the only game to well on it first week on sale in Japan.
He made the video play out well with his lyrics. I found it rather enjoyable. I'm really excited for the game, I'm just lost on getting it from the PSN or retail. I'll pay the same price either way.
You really can't blame him for feeling let down by uncharted 3, when most of the fans of the series even said that Uncharted 2 was clearly the best of the 3.
I played every one of them and I agree that Uncharted 3 felt so much like 2 and the only thing that changed was the location, the story progressed and the MP. That is not to say that the game was bad, it just wasn't what most of the fans of the series expected (IMO).
I really agreed with them all...
I agree. I plan on doing this with 2K, RE6 and NFS. Except it's with my nephew. We live in the same house, so it's easier to split the cost of the games we plan on picking up two copies of anyway.
I played the Kiosk build at my GameStop and I knew the game was addicting. I wanted it before I even played it, but after playing It just felt right (fun and addicting). I spent a good amount of time just trying to use everyone's Level 1,2 & 3 supers, play on each level with each character.
The kiosk demo didn't have many characters (4) or stages (2), but I did enjoy it. Got a few rounds in with other live players (customers). The demo gave a real prospective of ...
I did as well. I ended up pick one up and I like the color a lot. It's not the bright metallic color, it's a little darker.
I collect them, so it was a must buy for me.
Nope. I didnt know of it until dazreah mentioned it. If i did, I would have never made through comment.
I'm looking into now, to see if I can find it in stores. I'm going to get from Netflix
The best preview I have read from anyone that has done a preview on this game.
If I was on the fence, this preview provides enough info about the demo to have you believe you were playing it yourself.
I have an Xbox 360, Gears 3, 320GB slim model. I was making a joke in my above post.
I also plan on getting the Halo 4 360 bundle on Nov 6th.
If true, that is coming to blu-ray, no one can say that Halo will never be on the PS3. While it can't be played with a Dualshock, it's still playable in my PS3.
I know its not a game, it's a movie.
I've been loving demos as of lately and Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward'a demo is on my radar. I know it's the successor to 999, but the lack of real gameplay is why I really want to they the demo.
New Little Kings Story and Escape Plan Director's Cut DLC is a definite for me. Only if they sold the anthology edition of RE6 on the PSN, I would have downloaded it.
I'm really excited for this game. My first play through will be the hardest; Going though the game without killing anyone. It will be the hardest for me, I still have to do it in Deus Ex.
At NoFanboyrequired, I got the idea from ready other sites and this one comes to mind and what thwart article mentioned.
" There are also mutterings of a Kickstarter project, as well as the clarification that the game wouldn't be a new title in the Banjo-Kazooie series, but rather a brand new IP that shares " that same kind of humour, silly characters, fun game play, great tunes and all that stuff."

Sorry, The PC version also comes with 2 disc for ME2. Except one disc can be installed and you can play the full game off the other. I'm assume its the same for Mass Effect 3 and that is why the PC version has 5 disc.
Mass Effect is 1 disc and the other 2 games are 2 disc.
Same. I downloaded the demo and really liked it. I was going to purchase it, but I'm happy I waited.
To tell the truth, I would probable play Rainbow Moon more on the Vita, then I would have on the PS3 anyway.
EDIT: I guess we won't see this on the Vita until maybe June of next year. Also no cross buy, but a discount for those buy both is in the cards. I'll wait and see.
Only if Most wanted was coming out for the Vita this month, I would have had an extra 20 dollars. I can still make it happen, I want New Little Kings Story and Dishonored. I might find something for 10-15 dollars to make it 100 dollars.
I want to know if this is for everything in the store or just the 8 titles?
I remember Stevie Wonder mentioned something at a Video game award show about how he wanted developers to make games that can help handicap people interact with games better.
"Best Music Game was presented by Stevie Wonder. He called to video game creators to create handicap accessible games before giving out the award to Beatles Rockband."

Wow it got 1.25 less then its predecessor. The game is going to sell well no matter what, so the score means nothing.
