That's just a rumor, but for the past few years Sony has had 3 SKUs available at once. They had the 160GB, 320GB and the 320GB with the move stuff. So, I wouldn't be surprise if the SKUs are real.
I'm waiting for tomorrow to preorder at GameStop. If the price is right, I'll pay the whole thing off at one time, if not, just half.
Just keep the online passes and gamers will stay neutral in the matter.
I would rather pay ten dollars to play a game online (if bought used) and still have the ability to let my friends, cousins and nephews borrow it.
The Division set the bar for the highest standard for the day. Ubisoft showed that they still care for last Gen and going head in, on next Gen. They even showed new IPs with gameplay.
I think EA had the weakest showing out of the two third party developers.
Ubisoft won me over again this year with The Division. That game was the best way to end their conference. It's like Watch Dogs all over again. Oh, and it was running on a PS4 Dev kit.
Real people playing the game and seeing it in action will always be better than CG trailers or in Engine gameplay.

They will show MP for Killzone Mercenary, so that will be good to see.
If they are going the same way ND went with TLOU, then we can expect some MP gameplay a month or so before release or at Gamescom.
Mass effect was published by Microsoft and that ended up coming to the PS3 years later. Bayonetta 2 is being published by Nintendo and can come to other consoles some time in the future.
It all comes down to how the contract between the companies are worded.

If this game is exclusive to the XB1 from Capcom, I would gladly take Deep Down (Working Title) exclusively on the PS4 from Capcom.

While Microsoft conference was good, it was just what they needed to be brought back from the conference they had last month and get some people to not talk about the DRM and online connection issues.

Sony can launch with the same price and still sale fairly well. Just look at this Generation; The PS3, it has always been priced higher than the 360 and it has been selling very well and now is in second place after a year less on the market.

Just because Ted price was up there, that doesn't mean he will stop developing games for the PlayStation platform(s). The game looks good, but it no Destiny.

Sony Conferences have never been an hour long. The conference at minimum will be an hour and a half and go up to 2 hours or so. Remember they have 3 consoles to show games for, info on Gaikai, the Ps4 console and other Video game related stuff.
Microsoft's conference is an hour and a half, EA and Ubisoft is about an hour long a piece.
Microsoft owns Rare, so Killer instinct won't be on any other platform other than a Microsoft platform.
Titan Fall is also coming to PC and Xbox 360, giving little reason to purchase purchase the X1, with a chance of it coming to the PS3/4 at a later date. But Fallout 4 on the next hand is.
@below, That's just it; With games also coming to PC, there is little reason to go and get a platform for a game that you can play on your current unit. Unless you dont have a Gaming PC.

Also, you are just at one store. The way the preorders swing is based off where you are located and the type of gamers that you have shopping at your location, but not limited to that. Online Passes and season passes are two different things. Online Passes; Gives the consumer the ability to play the game online an;d get a few little extras and/or DLC.
Season Passes; Is a passes that gives the consumers access to a set amount of content from a Developer/publisher for a set amount of money.
