Definitely agree, which is why I suggest that hardcore shouldn't mean BIG BUDGET AAA. Mega Man 9 and 10 in my opinion are hardcore games that don't require the voice acting, motion capture, etc., etc. But is just as hard and fun as any other game and has a dedicated following.

A lot of people on N4G complain that MS should buy more 1st party studios. What some don't understand is that just because a studio is 1st party doesn't mean they automatically have a hit on their hands.

One day in the far future I will definitely pick up a WiiU.
PS3's gap should be catching up considering that it is an established brand and coming off the extreme popularity of PS1 and 2.
I think the real question should be why it took 6 to 7 years just to catch up.
The 3DS is a beast and I don't even understand why. I can only assume the huge backlog of DS titles is what's keeping this beast fed and alive. Other than that I don't see the appeal for the system.

Contrary to popular internet belief the fighting community and a lot of gamers are NOT hoping looking for a new Killer Instinct.
The game when released was mediocre at best and was trumped very quickly by Darkstalkers and MK2.
Release it as an XBL download but do not waste time or money on a new KI that would be exclusive to only one console.
People should give Vs a rest. It will not be the high profile FF to save all FF that people are holding this to be.

If true this is good news but Nintendo should stop with this teasing and just go all out with a Nintendo Smash Bros Karting something along the lines of Sega All Stars.

MGS3 definitely made up for the awful MGS 2.
Great game and dare I say I liked it better than part 4 even.
3rd times the charm, now that MS has carved a spot in the video game stone and established itself with the big boys and learned some hard lessons from the 360 it'll be great to see what they bring us with their next system.
