there was no need to spend money on okami, viewtiful joe etc. because it already had Kamiya named attached to it. lost planet on the other hand was fresh, even though it sucked, they had to market that game cause there was no way in hell that game was going to sell by itself.
I hated re5. that devil may cry 4(crap) with out dante is basically Mayonesa.
okami for the wii got a lot of exposure but that didn't help the game sell
anyone with ps3 should buy GOW3. xbox folks should buy Mayonesa.
the reason Capcom closed down clover studios was because their games sold like crap. its not Capcoms fault for closing clover studios, its the "HARDCORE GAMERS" fault for not buying the games.
I'm surprised people watch this garbage. i tried watching last years VGA, and i felt embarrassed just watching that crap.
the reason this game is getting this much hype is cause the XBOX has nothing to compete with GOW3, and the closest thing i can think of is KAMEO. if i remember GTA4 was getting these type of reviews and look how that turned out...

there's 3million ps3's and tribillion ds's, and dragon quest only sold 4mill(not sure)

if anything pirates are helping the psp in sells, not software wise, but hardware. pirates are the ones eating up the psp and making it successful, if anything you should be thanking them.
