i just hope if they do annouce sony doesnt continue their history an show CGI movies an try an pass it off as game play...they did that with several PS3 games while the xbox was showing true game play..an off those videos alone people thought the PS3 was way way more powerful than the 360 when infact their 98% the same..that motorstorm video just made my jaw drop an what we got was nowhere even close....PLEASE SONY DONT DO THAT TO ME AGAIN...
i like my kinect...i played rise of nightmares an that game is actually very fun..complicated but fun...i have kinect on 2 of the 3 xbox's in my house an we definitly have fun with them...
@cgi..sony maybe offering a higher variety but hardly any of those games are chart toppers...RFOM is really not that good of a franchise...an neither is killzon or infamous so those games are mediocre at best LBP, is nice..GOW is great but nothing has changed since the beginning..so what does sony have that really stands out an say hey come buy me..
why does MS need an answer to those games... when you look at the sales of the PS3 versions..their not excatly setting the sales charts on fire...now if those games were as hot as you PS3 gamers try an make them out to be then im sure MS would have an answer...they made an answer to GT with forza..but theres not really many games that sony has that MS need an answer for..
@funangun...no you cant play online on ps3 just like you do on the 360...of course the BASE online game play is the same but its the exacution of how its done that makes it different...to make this easy...lets just say the 360 is a much more SOCIAL console...i can connect with my friends in a few button presses reguardless what there doing an set games up...we're in a time where everything is about being social connecting with friends an having fun...the ps3...not so much..i dont even fee...
i always go where i have the most fun...last gen it was the PS2..i had an xbox 1 but i enjoyed my PS2 much more...this gen i bought a 360 at launch an couldnt wait for the PS3..i paid 600 bucks for it..after playing the 360 then playing the ps3 it was a step back...sony failed to capture me at launch..as i gave the xbox more an more time me an all my friends all started to realize how weak the PS3 was playing online an the experience just wasnt there...so for ME its next xbox...if your the ty...
if the next xbox an the ps4 release on the same day i'd buy the next xbox FIRST...between me an my kids we have 3 xbox 360 2 ps3's an 2 wii's in this house..the only thing they use the Ps3's for is uncharted an DC universe online..we do 90 percent of our gaming on the 360...so its xbox for this family...i been on XBL for 9 years now...
@RAOH...yes Playstation has but just not the PS3...the PS3 have NEVER been labeled or marketed as a casual console..now that the price is down,their working on releasing a PS4 they can shift the PS3 to the casual while the PS4 is for the hardcore...just like the PS2 was for the casual an the PS3 was for the hardcore...

MS named it the 360 to coincide with the 3 in PS3...so my guess is that if sony sticks with the norm an goes with PS4 the new xbox might be called XBOX FORCE(PS4)or something like that....

if you have a full team 3 hunters an 3 campers your team is hard to beat..its strategy...its a tactical game plan my team does it every game..3 hunters force the other teams spawns an force them into the area of the campers an now its double wammy..kills from the hunters an kills from the campers...easy...if they wanna take something out they can take out that bullshit quick sniping..or commando..im shooting the guy an he knifes me thru my bullets..but camping...come on IW....

in typical sony fanboy fashion...these other services you talk about all run 95% on WINDOWS....most big games arent availble on mac or linux...so therefore it is controlled my MS....you guys dont like to call games thats on xbox an PC as exclusive but MS OWNS windows which is needed to play the game an MS OWNS the 360 which you also need...so unless theres another OS out there that i don...

im starting to think that the only reason the sony faithfuls harp on exclusives so much is because the PS3 normally looses out on multiplats against the 360, wether its performance or online it favors the 360,an they got nothing else to hol on to. so with that being said they hate multiplats an love exclusives..
