there was never any loosing in court for MS..it was sony who lost a class action lawsuit for faulty ps2's..MS extended the warranty once the problem got wide spread an they knew a lawsuit would eventually come.it was sony who refused to address the problem an got sued.post a link that shows MS LOST IN COURT an was forced to extend the warranty.
