More than fine with SP. I actually prefer single player games as I'm never on top of any leaderboards nor do I care to be.
MP is also just the same scenarios usually with the same goals just different people and I like a game to evolve and be different.

It would be no big deal had Phil not made so many claims about a true 4k console. Obviously it's going to use CB as well, which is fine.
But every time there is an XBX game using CB or is 30fps everyone will point at Sony for a while. This also happened at the beginning of this gen with us Sony guys looking at Xbox for parity reasons when most if not all was true.

For those that do it's not like multiplayer is taken away. You just can't play across different consoles. Sony has 60 million ps4 consoles in the wild. MS has 30 and Nintendo has a new switch.
So with 60 million you can have a nice game. And people you know are probably on a PS with 60 million.

I had backward compatibility last gen on my phat PS3 and after playing PS3 games couldn't go back.
I still own a PS3 and can barely play it after PS4 games. No one really buys a current gen system and spends mass amounts of time playing old games do they?
