This may not be an indicator of what the actual game will be. As for it already going gold, is this from that gold final copy or a previous version as what is common with demos? The warning before you play the game usually states that the demo is not a final version and may change by release. I'll wait to pass judgment until I get a copy of it in my hands and see it with my own eyes. I'm still going to get this game.
been mentioned here, but isn't 2 years time enough already. A lack of AAA games being released for every console since the SNES is what has kept Nintendo from pre N64 greatness. You'd think they'd be a little more proactive in getting good games out there, and more of them. But to me at least, Punch Out is a step in the right direction.
Blogs posts can be submitted as articles. Submitting them as such defines them as mostly opinion pieces such as this. Although, the majority of articles that do get approved here are at least well written with a concise thought process involved. This, on the other hand, is just a waste to post and read. The author should be ashamed of himself.

It puts the topic in perspective, not that I agree with GameStop's practices. I think they are still taking advantage of the average gamer, but, if a gamer goes in to GameStop and willingly sells them a game for a lot less then what it was paid for, then it's their fault also.
that GameStop is using. Is it right for them to take the profits and leave the original manufacturer with nothing? No, but that's just the way it is. Kinda funny though, why doesn't the movie industry have this pre-owned resell problem? I know digital pirating is bad, but not reselling.

The story is very poorly written and full of inaccuracies and biased opinions. First, AI is a software feature, not hardware. Any game can have good AI as long as the developer programs for it. Second, high definition is available on the PS3 also. It's not an advantage if the competition has it too. Third, most games on both systems run on 720p, not 1080i. Of course their going to make more Halo games. Halo is the cornerstone of Microsoft's gaming biz. Take away Halo and the original Xbox wouldn't have gone anywhere. And the 360? Forget about it, never would have happened.

is ready to be released, and that's what most people want to start with. My thinking is that I'll be able to play through the game, create a few levels offline to get the hang of the whole thing, and when the online portion comes, be a master at creating. At least that's the plan for me. No worries, they'll get it all together shortly after launch.

will not be defined by the first couple generations of games on each system. Let's wait and see what these consoles can do 4 or 5 years down the road. The PS2 came out with some of it's best looking games after year 5. As developers get more familiar with the hardware expect some amazing things.
