Regardless of Twitter statements and whatnot, you don't have to be flagged as a "SJW" for something to be offensive to you. If BioWare's intention wasn't to offend, and it offended those they are attempting to be inclusive towards, then by all means they have the right to change it.
At least BioWare is listening to a player base on some end, I see that as being a good thing.
