i don't personally see a problem. you bought the hardware, you bought the game then obviously you should get proper service.

i would be freaked out if it happened to me, to be fair. If it was a sub-account problem, then yeah, okay, that would be the guy's fault. considering that he said that it was his master accounts problem, at least that's what he wrote. parental controls+mater account don't mix well lol.
