Man I can't wait to get back into the zone and away from my dead end job :) Those guys did real good work with the original. Very memorable. I remember later watching a documentary on Chernobyl and thinking "Hey that's the spot where I got wacked -yeah right there opposite the ferris wheel"

M$ has shaken up this industry to the point where I'm considering leaving even my much loved PC-game collection and switching to Linux just to escape M$'s incessant, cheesy, puke-green corporate presence.

I think their games are really great, it's just that their image & attitude (as well as that of their fans) stinks and makes me want to run for the hills.

A tragedy indeed.

We live in a world full of such senseless violence. It takes a very weak individual to find it so hard to tame his inner beast that he flips over the edge and releases his rage on an innocent child. I support the death sentence, but in this case I’m not sure though. I also think that all the excessive emotionalism and childishness are quite meaningless.

In South Africa we pay the same prices as you gents in the UK for most electronic goods. We earn a touch less though relatively speaking...

I've finally got enough ash for some top gear but the problem is it's taken so long to save that now I'd rather not spend it! I was saving for a 8800GTX + widescreen || PS3 + killer TV, now I'm wondering if I shouldn't just place a down payment for a goddamn houseloan!

Blame the parents, blame society and the law. Blame the kid. Blame the game. Does pointing fingers serve any purpose other than to inflame our base human emotions? There is simply not enough information on the boy to understand his motives.

If one looks at the history of our species, one would expect us to have become accustomed to such acts of twisted violence. But we haven't. Does anyone here seriously expect there to come a time when events like this are unheard of? I don't....
