xbox have been doing it since last gen, put half or even a small part of the game on the disc. so yeah its a valid point. this isn't a one company problem. now nintendo is getting in on the action.
The Xbox one says hello from last gen
this game, the story, and the music, gave me real physical emotions. Any game that can do that to a player deserves praise.
greatness knows greatness. It's the best game his half of the year and I cannot think of any titles in the last half of the year that could beat it.
"Next gen"
So...E-Waste. Call it what it is. No way to preserve it physically. It's just a disc DRM that downloads the game for you.
For a company where the audience is apparently children and casual gamers, they sure are going out of their way to advertise powerhouse games and franchises their next gen console can and will run.
I remember when they were testing the waters with paid DLC and people were screaming to not buy them so that companies would get the idea that we didn't want to pay for unfinished games. Gamers didn't listen, now the game companies are lapping it up.
I didn't see anything to prove that statement at all. Can you F a bear? No? Case closed
considering Rockstar are now embracing the SBI model, yeah expect cringe level parody.
"hey guys. we knew we had another year left but waited until the last minute to tell you because it would have damaged the interest you have in the game. Here is compensation. See you in 2026.
Rockstar"
Needing another year in development is something they could have announced a lot sooner. It's not like its a few weeks or months. It's a whole year. They had to have known stuff was that bad long before their post.
It's going to be a linear open world GTA-like adventure. I think it looks decent enough. Plus it's coming out this year instead of 2026. If you don't wanna play it that's on you. A lot of us are looking forward to it.
Boo
So the consoles are manufactured in China. Ok, that explains the raise in price for the US. But for the rest of the world? Microsoft can't make the excuse of the changing market AND the US tariffs. It's one or the other. The rest of the world shouldn't suffer because of the spat between China and the US.
Microsoft last raised their prices in 2023. Should we have blamed the serving POTUS back then too, or its just corporate greed this time too?
FaZe Jarvis licking his lips right about now. At least we will always have his crying video to laugh at for all time.
don't make Pretty-Em-Up a thing. it's not a thing.
based fact
but but 2,000,000 players...
