@ssj27 Damn man chill out. I was just about to say that you "sold" me on the game by your description and I'm going to check it out. Then you label me as a troll for stating a concern. That's cuckoo man.
Anyway I think I will give this a try, hell it's free. Just hope I don't run into ssj27... Dude is serious about his Warframe. lol
I think I'm going to try it on PC first myself. I've been holding out waiting for reviews to see if it's one of those pay to win type games.
@ceedubya9 I have 4g hotspot on my work cell but trust me have you ever tried getting a data signal in the boonies in Virginia lol? I will just update it as soon as I get it at home. Test it out and pack it back up. He shouldn't know the difference.
@Sway_z I appreciate that even though the wife is buying it lol. He wanted a PS4 so I had to give unlimited access to mine so we can have both consoles.
Exactly. @ Sway_z.
I work for a living and I'm not going to lie. I had to justify getting a PS4. Luckily it should be releasing around my birthday in November so the cards kind of fell into place.
Luckily I was able to convince my son to "ask" for an Xbox One for Christmas or else the wife would have had my head...
I agree with you. I know a few people who can be considered low income and go by the "where there is a will, there is a way" mentality.
People on here fronting like they aint got no worries. lol
The one time update kind of sucks. This is my dilemma. My son want's an Xbox One for Christmas which bodes well for me because I'm getting a PS4 on launch.
We spend Christmas out of town at my parents house for the week every year. They don't have an internet connection so it looks like I'm going to have to open it before Christmas and run the update from home just so he (we) will be able to play it out the box Christmas morning.
The point is...
This also doesn't seem to include the fact that every PS4 bundle that is being sold has a game with it. The watchdog bundle is at no4. the Battlefield bundle is at no.6 and the Killzone bundle is at no.9
Forza motorsports is at 17 and COD ghost for x1 is at no.20.
So please correct me if I'm wrong but it seems to me that PS4 is leading in software.
Wow I'm going to have to find time for this, Killzone, and Battlefield 4... o_0
I agree. We are all suppose to be tech savvy and when I go to buy a new computer or whatever I usually buy the best one for my money just to justify my purchase.
If you took the names off and just broke the consoles down to barebones pieces of tech the PS4 has better value and more powerful. The xbox one would be the equivalent of the PC with decent specs that comes with a free monitor that I don't want. Just my opinion though.
I'm getting both just...
Yeah I know the Knack bundle is exclusive also. I think Killzone will be more of a show case game though. KZ is more of a "this is what next gen is all about type game." Definitely will be getting Knack as a download though.
I can't wait to see some multiplayer footage.
Yeah me too. I was torn between the bundles and actually ordered the watchdog one first.
Then I realized that Killzone is the only game that is being developed only for PS4. Don't get me wrong the other bundles look great but those games are being developed for other console's simultaneously, current and next gen.
I figured I'd go with the one that's being developed from the ground up for PS4 as my initial purchase.
Yeah I read that too. Don't know if it was true or not but it was basically like the PS+ full game trial feature. Basically you were sharing a full game in a 15-60 minute demo mode and afterwards you will be redirected to the xbox store for purchase.
That's not my definition of sharing if that was true.
Personally I'm surprised Microsoft bit the bullet and included a disc based option (Blu Ray) anyway. I know it had to sting a little.
Imagine if they would have went totally digital and couldn't back track.
Damn man... What Cliff do to you. :-(
$499 is too much for what you're getting on the Xbox One.
For $504.88 I was able to pre-order PS4 Killzone bundle and a year of PS+ on Amazon. Better deal and value if ask me.
Yeah me too. Had to make a choice on which console I wanted first (not spending a grand at one time just for gaming)
The family sharing part is still confusing to me. According to this person you only get to share 15-45 minutes of the game. Afterwards you are connected to the Microsoft store to purchase. Kind of like the same feature in PS+ where you get to play a few minutes of a full game.
That doesn't sound like sharing to me. It seems more like a demo or advertising...
Sad to hear that. I loved the Fight Night series. Hopefully they will change their mind.
Freaky... Time to invest in some tin foil!
