I wouldn't mind playing a full game as him on the WiiU. Played a bit of Bowser's Inside Story and thought it was fun playing as (in?) him.
Don't entirely disagree. While Black Flag and Syndicate are great fun, 2 is freaking amazing and still the best in the series. They need to hit consistent grand slams instead of single home runs.
Is it super important that I catch up on the past two Borderlands games to get it? I may have forgotten some things.

It definitely needs a bigger fireteam count for real. 3 feels too small for me, or it seems too easy to take bad guys out with only three of you. So either more enemies or a bigger player count. Maybe both?
The biggest offender I can think of hearing about is Arkham Knight's, which apparently didn't make the most of its multiple characters concept. Apparently you could beat the Harley, Hood, and Batgirl campaigns in a single day. :/
I largely don't mind season passes, but I don't buy every single one. If it has stuff that I think will be worthwhile, I'll pick it up. Otherwise, I'll just wait and pick and choose what DLC I want when they all release.

Once I unlocked him in X-Men Legends 2, he rarely left my rotation. I think I liked him there slightly more than I did in Ultimate Alliance.
Aside from debatably a marketing issue, I can't really find an issue with this. Microsoft probably considers PC to be under the "Xbox" banner for them, so it's not like they're wrong, since they're the ones publishing these games.
