Ok, I earned the Arm Addict trophy in Star Ocean the Last Hope before this went all on, but didn't pop up because the system went to hell. Now my system data is saved, it has 100% of theweapins registered, but won't give me the trophy.

I was playing Star Ocean the Last Hope when this happened. I got all weapons in the game and Arm Addict trophy should have unlocked, but it didn't. I hope for Sony's sake I can get it by reloading my save, or I will kill some employees.
GTA4 went on multiplatform because back then, developpers didn't have the PS3 devs kits and it was much easier to develop on 360 then PS3. Not anymore, the PS3 can dish out much more power then the 360. The wise decision would be to put it as a PS3 exclusive to get the best out of it, just like Nomura is doing with Final Fantasy Versus 13 (that one will remain a PS3 exclusive).
The 360 drags down the PS3 and hold it back. The failure rate is ridiculous. The fact that most people still buy it with the failure rate says a lot about how people are not smart.
Seriously, it should have been the Wii and PS3 alone. The Wii can't be counted as a next-gen console, it's just a revamped gamecube. The PS3 is the most powerful of all 3 consoles this gen by far.
