If my 360 was modded, this just isn't even worth buying and it's not even worth the few hours of download and bandwidth I would use to pirate it.

I think people should wait for a real modchip. This is not detectable by Sony as the modchip just make the PS3 see any disc as their retail counterpart.

Uncharted 3 is obviously one of the unannounced game. Everyone knows it's coming next year.
The clones are exactly the same as the original, except they are cheaper. Now if I would want to buy this thing in the first place, which I won't because I don't want to be banned from PSN, why get the original when I can get a cheaper one for 50-60$ USD instead of 140$ USD?

The 10th level is the one with the platform and much worse than the 8th. It is the worse level ever made, especially since the developers said that the level doesn't rely only on skill, but mostly on luck as well.
In other words, you could be the most skilled GoW player, if you have no luck, you don't pass the level.
Nah, the reason it's not coming is because it's a port. New tales games sell about 100k-150k in states. Ports don't do this good and less than 100K isn't enough. Even a Namco low employee knew this at ComicCon, it's not coming.
Now Tales of Graces F is a port, however it was never released outside of Japan.
By the way, if a Tales of game is not release in North America, don't even start thinking about Europe. No NA release obviously me...
