Sony is desperate to get people to buy more PS3s, so they tell you to leave your PS3 on all night with the scapegoat of 'it helps fight cancer'. 360 you can now optionally install the discs to your harddrive, so, OMG, they'll be even? Well not really, considering 360 will then have faster load times.
