in addition to that, ninja theory has felt the need to insult the original creator and the fans of the series before this new DmC game. that is even more reasons im not even bothering to buy this.

story is basically non-canon with re in general so who cares about that. gameplay? are you kidding me? really? really? dude the gameplay for this game looks so unrefined it's not even funny. it's the equivalent of what a rushed product is. not to mention the graphics are so mediocre i can almost guarantee it's running off that crappy socom confrontation engine, gun sounds - not even gonna get into that pretty sure everyone knows how crappy they are, etc. but i digress if you wanna...
there hasn't been a good silent hill game since konami disbanded team silent. which was stupid on their part because they have never matched the success of the first 4 games. i also expect the worst for DmC, that game is down the crapper already and hasn't even came out yet.
