Well, this sucks. The only way to force them to provide this service with a Gold LIVE account is, do not buy this game. Speak with your money and tell them this is BS. The 360 is a great console but it is not a PC. MMORPGs that you need to pay extra for need to stay on the PC.

Most people think TVs are still sold by what size you want. Today there are LCD, plasma, DLP, CRT, LcOS, D-ILA, projectors....bla,bla,bla There are too many choices for the uninformed masses.
I'm 30. The biggest problem I see with the whole HD format is lack of information. The new media format has been released before the new display format has become mainstream. Bad market timing is to blame for the lack of sales.

Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo are in business to make money. If they didn't make money they wouldn't be in buisness for very long. All 3 "next gen" consoles have something differant to offer.

Yea, all of the sudden HD has hit the masses and they have no clue what it is all about. The only thing most people know is, I need to get a new TV before the FCC forces a change from analouge to digital.

most likely, it is because sales of HDTVs havn't really taken off, there is too much confusion on HDTVs for your average joe. For example 480i,480p,720p,1080i,1080p...E DTV,HDTV...DVI,HDMI,HDCP... bla bla bla

With digital distribution, and higher definition formats in audio and video more space will be needed, your home entertainment system will basically have to be a media server.

There will already be a shortage, I will have nothing to do with it. I actually will provide a service to people that can't get a PS3. They will pay out the nose for it but I am honest and will ship them a unopened genuine PS3 and not try to rip them off by selling a picture of the product or a PS3 box. I have the funds to buy 4 or 5 PS3s at launch and with a baby on the way who can blame me for trying to get a modest return on my investment?
There is a time where the consumer must draw the line. It will start with this, then another devaloper will make a game and want to charge, then another..... and before long XBox LIVE Gold accounts will be for ARCADE games only.
I think MMORPGs on the PC are great and have no problem forkin' out the cash. But XBox LIVE does not need this, it's big thing is it is a UNIFIED ONLINE SERVICE. This makes it UNUNIFIED. We pay for the gold service so we do not have to do this $hit.
