If not RDR2 I would bet that'll be their strategy for GTAVI!
@Psychotica I've been wondering the same thing i.e. why doesn't Rockstar come forward and announce their plans for the PC... They did the same with GTA V if I remember well where there was +/- 1 yr between the announcements of PS3/X360 versions, then enchanced PS4/XO, then PC... Effectively making 3 releases of the same game within 3 years. I wonder how many hardcore PC fans started with last gen versions, bought the game again on current gen and a third time on PC? Maybe I'm bein...
Fallout has plenty of room to evolve as a single player... Bethesda just wants a piece of the multiplayer pie.
Damn it I'm already sooo confused with the plot! Kojima...
I'm very happy Sony takes gaming very seriously.
A traditionally single player franchise is releasing a new game this time with a multiplayer focus... It doesn't matter what Bethesda does in the future; right now a bunch of people are naturally feeling disappointed.
@Platformgamer I understand your hate but there is such a thing as positive reinforcement... Boycott them when they suck and encourage them when they do something right.
@AnubisG not my fault if my parents never let me have videogames and yeah the only memory I have is watching other people play.
I only got my first console in 2010 but I have the nostalgia of watching all my friends play :) looking forward to this!
With a price cut and portable only smaller model (like Japan) the Switch could sell multiple units within the same homes... Like DS/3DS. The switch is targetting two markets at once ... I know I am going on a limb here :P but it's kind of like PS2 and PSP sales were counted as the same...
I would love a port of Mario 3D World or a sequel... Local coop in a 3D platformer was amazing
SNES ... :D those were the days
Hardcore and Nintendo are kind of antonymous I remember back in 1996 my 12 yo friends and cousins where all selling their N64 to buy a PS1 as they were getting more serious about gaming. It hasn't significantly changed today... Just bought a Switch from a young teenager who preffered putting the money on buying more games for his Xbox One.
I wish Sony and Microsoft were better at targetting a younger audience meanwhile Nintendo has a long way to go the opposite directi...
BotW is great as a Zelda game but if you didn't enjoy any previous game before it you may very well find it's a mystery why so many people like it. Nintendo pushes ever so slightly forward recycled formulas and IPs, innovating at their own pace confident in their 30 years of fanbase to build the hype for them and to ignore the advancements of the competition.
Sony? They keep changing pretty much everything up and given that extra challenge they do incredibly well.
Damn I wish my 1080p TV would stop working so my girlfriend would let me upgrade :P
Lol well said about not reading articles :P meanwhile I guess the title is missleading
backlog lol :D
I think you're right but I wish you weren't :P
It makes sense that activision would try to get a piece of the battle royale pie but I can't imagine most people buying BO4 and expecting a COD game would be very disappointed. Why couldn't they call it something else and continue with normal COD games?
Am I mistaken in believing those microtransactions will only affect multiplayer and not singleplayer?
(I am being selfish here as I only care about single :/ )
