This is looking to be another Destiny / 2. Not fully a bad thing while the games are good and enjoyable they lack content. They're like Warframe except with less than half of the content.

The combat isn't bad, it's just not good. It's especially noticeable when you play on the hardest difficulty.

The cyborg suit is cool cuz it's totally and obviously inspired by Cable. =) I like the armored suit.
It ended up on the Switch cuz it looks like a mobile game.
I can't believe they finally come up with a part 3 and it looks as bad as the first two.
