A really great list and if you think about it, Xbox only has ONE exclusive this year and it's Gears 4, games like Quantum Break, Forza and Cuphead will be released for pc as well.
Nobody should be surprised if Gears 4 will be not exclusive anymore. Xbox is really in trouble.

You said above that PS4 exclusives are being disappointing, now what about the X1 exclusives? I mean, if there are any exclusives left, lol. The most anticipated Halo 5 is a huge disappointment, just like the new Gears of War beta, Forza will be not exclusive anymore.
Xbox is really in trouble with saturated series like Halo and Gears of War, i will not be surprised if both will not be exclusive anymore.
