Yeah, but to be fair to them though there are a lot of games that are better with the DS3 than they would be with KB/M. FPS games obviously are not one of them but for racing, fighting and ease of use/comfort the DS3 trumps it.
No it doesn't, even KZ2 looks better than Crysis 2 on consoles and this is a big improvement over it's predecessor graphically.

In related news: the PC has had no GOTY exclusives for more than 5 years now and MLAA is better than 8xMSAA in some instances but overall I would have to give the nod to 8xMSAA (albeit slightly)
and no the ATI cards' MLAA is not as refined as the PS3's formula.
