The answer is NO for sure. I don't think these Joy-cons will be useful for hand-held mode. So, your question is really good.....there is no need to make buttons so closely.

Yeah...I am a big JRPG fan for sure, I loved Octopath Traveler and now I play Xenoblade 2. I have about 200 hours on this game, it is huge and epic!!

You have always a nice explication the ps4 fans if Switch surpasses it in 2018 sales. To be honest, I dont think that Switch is on the decline. First time this year we saw that the console had better sales for a monthly NPD than PS4. We saw the same in UK too. As for Japan, no need to speak about this market, Switch is the king there.
