I think alot of you are missing the point. I got the GO about a month after it came out and I can say i'm enjoying it alot. No the GO isn't for people who already own a PSP 3000, 2000, and whatever else numbers they have. It's not for hardcore portable owner (cause I myself am very far from being a hardcore portable player), I bought the GO, because mainly I like it's design. Uncharted 2 is still king of PS3 exclusive's! That just make's me appreciate it more...I would of never thought Drake could beat Kratos. WOW
All I have to say is if Peter Moore and J Allard were still involved with the xbox 360. I would like the 360 alot more. All they have now are a bunch of weird old men.
I guess this isn't a problem for everyone. I can still sign-in to PSN, but out of a full friend's list...only 3 are on right now. Anyway's this suck's for the gamer's that actually play online. Me myself, i'm more of a single player person. I trust Sony is on it to get this solved.
It's 20 play money dollars which equals about $5 of your real money. I would bash this but I can't being that I always buy PS Home item's and clothes for my Xbox Avatar. So i'm just as bad.
I understand your enthusiasm for the guy, but how much polish could you possibly put on one product. You mentioned GT6 right? So tell me, if your already planning on a sequel to a title that hasn't been released yet. Why not just release it and move on to GT6? I'm sure people will love GT5 the way it is. The ONLY thing that I could think of is to add more ways to customize your car.

Guy's I bet you this is how there going to introduce Cross Game Chat to the PS3. It only make's since. This is a feature that they keep saying is very hard to develop. They've said that time and time again. This new subscription service will have ton's of new "game" feature's. Only will always be free on PSN, but this new paid service will just add the thing's everyone's been waiting for.

On one hand this is great for Sony and the PS3, but bad for PSN online games. I can see all the little foul mouths and brats coming to the free online space now. Oh well. Again, atleast this is good for PS3.
Wow! TBH guys im a little suprised at how good NFS: Shift looks. I have the Forza Demo and I thought that looked pretty damn good. Now after seeing those shots I really wanna play Shift.
TBH guys 2k has never had the lead in the graphics department, it's the gameplay that has always made them the best basketball game out. Same goes for this year...BUT i'm getting a little tired of there cartoonish graphics. I mean be honest you can really start to tell the difference between Live and 2k.
I agree with all of you. I know that alot of people don't like the new look XMB, but it's about time to give it a rest. It seems like Sony keeps trying to satisfy people and those same people find something else to cry about. Tbh I didn't like the new look of the friends list either, but now...I couldn't care less about it being there. It's grown on me.
I hear what your saying and yes thats true, but I think your forgetting who Sony is targeting with this peace of hardware. There not targeting those who already own a PS3. There looking at the ones that haven't. Also when you guys say that it didn't have any upgrades or anything to be totally honest I don't use the other OS feature on my 80gb. Never thought of it. Also the smaller chip set does bring a update...A lower electric bill equals more money which is always a well welcomed upgrade to...
Listen I understand this deal is crap, but i'm also hearing Slim bashing. Why does it seem like all of a sudden we have vetern PS3ers bashing the new addition to the family. This is what we have been waiting for lets welcome the Slim with open arms. Trust me I got one and tbh its very very nice peace of hardware
I just posted something related to that in the PS3 slim article at the top of the page. In the Best Buy pictures it states "full backwards compatability".
Did I miss something...I didn't know the 720 would be a handheld haha! BTW all that stuff was horrific.
