As an Xbox One owner, I would really, REALLY, like Microsoft to figure out a way to at least match the PS4's resolutions & framerates on every multi-plat game this day forward.
Having said that, I think that both versions look nice & I can deal with it by keeping in mind that awesome games like Gears, Halo, Fable and other games like them are just around the corner and the Xbox One will be the console on which to play them.
But yeah, if we are tru...
This is an excellent idea-- that would be a great value for those that have been holding out so far.
As an Xbox One owner, I am pleased to see Microsoft "kicking ass & taking names".
Ditching Kinect, (or at least making it an option), Xbox Live Gold changes, Games for Gold changes, games, games, and even more games-- these boys are just "killing it" right now.
The last few things that I'd like them to bang out soon would be proper media streaming to my Xbox One from my PC & squeezing every last drop of power out of the Xbox O...
Agreed, every time I saw that logo on the front of an Xbox 360 game, I quietly said to myself, "Yeah, right!", while silently rolling my eyes and moving on to choose another game entirely.
As an Xbox One "early adopter", I have had the chance to use the Kinect for myself. I really do like the voice commands, and find that they work around 95% of the time for me when I'm in the room alone but it gets "wonky" when others are with me.
...
Been playing the heck out of this game with plenty more re-genning to go.
Pretty much got my money's worth out of the game so far-- so I don't mind tossing a few bucks to Respawn in the spirit of keeping the game "fresh".
I hope they keep the updates and new maps and content coming-- please don't nickle & dime us every time you add a little here or there-- that would just piss me off in the long run.
Your replies leave me speechless-- where's the mute button on this thing-- ugh!!!
I would only consider adding my gamertag to my controller-- any other mods, I would consider "cheating".
The single main factor I used when buying my TitanFall bundle a few weeks ago was the games. To me, games trump everything.
Having said that, why should we have to settle for less because Microsoft didn't have the foresight to integrate hardware that would match or exceed what it was that they were trying to accomplish with their vision for the future of gaming?
All I'm saying is that we don't have to give them a pass on this and that we should al...
As an Xbox One owner and fan, these are the two main things that I'd like to give giant kick in Microsoft's ass to get this sorted out once and for all.
If the hardware performance between the PS4 and the Xbox One weren't so apparent, I literally would have much to complain about the Xbox One at all-- but as it sits right now this is just embarrassing to me.
It is my greatest fear that all of the games I love so much such as TitanFall, Halo, Gears...
The best thing MS can do for the Xbox One is to keep releasing great games like TitanFall, Sunset, Halo, Gears & Fable that you can't play anywhere else.
I would also like to see them close the gap performance-wise for games that are shared on other consoles as best they can.
Kinect voice features work quite well for me. So far, I haven't found much use for hand gestures, but maybe will sometime in the future.
Without a doubt, th...
I don't use hand gestures at all-- but I do find it particularly satisfying to end a long day of gaming by saying, "Xbox Off" while taking my headset off my sweaty head and laying my controller down on the table all at the same time
For some reason or other, I just love leaving my gaming room knowing that everything is turned off and is stored away until next time by merely uttering those few simple words.
Well heck, doesn't this also apply to Xbox One's TitanFall game, too?
Not trying to start any trouble with anyone, but this seems to be the beginning of a whole new era, it seems.
Keep trying fellas-- keep trying-- hahaha!
The Xbox One gains a little steam and people around here start to go crazy.
Even though the machine is a bit weak, the Xbox One can gain market share by supporting great games throughout its lifecycle.
I, for one, can't wait to see what Phil Spencer has up his sleeve for E3.
It's going to be a great one-- I'm sure of that!
Well hell, I appreciate the inexpensive game here and there like everybody else, but that thing looks boring as hell to me.
Sorry, but it looks too much like some gimped PacMan game to me. To be honest, I didn't watch more than 20 seconds of the video before turning it off.
This is definitely a "no" for me. If others like the game, good for them. But at least for me, I'd like Microsoft to try a little harder next time.
I absolutley & totally agree with avidgamer1-- the console should have been built like beast first & and all of the other crap should have been secondary.
This should be quite apparent to us all now.
Let's face it, the Xbox One is seriously "gimped" when compared to the PS4. This, coming from a not-so-proud Xbox One owner.
I wonder if Microsoft could go back in time, would they try to pull the wool over our heads agai...
As an Xbox One owner myself, I agree wholeheartedly with jhpadilla.
Microsoft really messed up with the choices that were made hardware-wise. This has been painfully obvious since last November when both consoles were released and we could judge for ourselves how they well, or maybe not so well, either of these consoles did for themselves.
All other factors aside, the ONLY reason I could give to justify buying
the Xbox One over the PS4 was that I pre...
Funny comment Deadpool101-- even us lonely Xbox One owners need to smile from time to time.
Now that TitanFall has been out for a while, I'm wonder what the folks over at Microsoft have up their sleeves next.
It's an interesting time to to a gamer nowadays but I'm feeling a little left out graphics wise against the PS4 and am more than a little disappointed seeing all these new games going to the Xbox 360 and the PS3 instead of these new next-gen ...
I loved the game on PS4.
The only problem I had was several acievements didn't unlock and I didn't notce it until I finished the game.
I guess after that, I just rage quit and stopped playing the game altogether.
For those that didn't have that problem, I bet most would say the game was quite enjoyable to them, nonetheless.
I'm a big fan of Klipsch products.
I really hope this particular headset does well so that these guys will continue to put out great sounding gaming headsets in the future as well.
For the record, I would like to see Klipsch use their classic "burnt orange" color scheme on the headset's branding and stitching where ever they can.
It matches my older Gateway FX Laptop & the Klipsch 2.1 Promedia speakers that I have alread...
Wow.
The music is quite beautiful in its own right.
This is just as profound hearing hearing dolphins & whales "talking", "singing", and "crying" for the first time.
Good stuff, indeed.
Nature has all kinds of hidden stuff for us to discover, as long as we the time to explore it.
Thanks for sharing this. I had to listen to it twice just to make sure I was actually "hear...
