I think video games CAN make guys more violent but its not the only reason. There are motives, personal background and so many other factors that come in play. Besides, video games also incite people to play with their friends and socialize.

Exactly. It divides your focus and its not necessarly good for your efficiency . For businesses its interesting since it makes them be able to have more productive employees (but not necessarly more efficient, quantity over quality).
