Switch for me, play it on ps3 with 30 frames and it was fine to me, so 60 frames not big enough reason over playing everywhere but i respect your decision for 60 frames

I believe those rumors were true that Sony wanted Dragon Quest 11 exclusive and this is where the downfall of Dragon Quest happen.
