FINALLY.
Ok, so the Wii won last gen by 20 million units, yet you say it dropped into oblivion. It was beating the 360 yes, but what does that matter? The 360 couldn't even play games at the time. Look it up, it's even on the list of the top worst console launches.
.....Where's F-Zero?
Gamer666. Thanks, but the gaming networks free. What did you expect it to be like? (And besides, you don;t need trophies and achievements to game, no matter how satisfying it was to get that achievement for Killing Charles Lee in AC3.)
Good to see hard games returning. We don't want 8th gen to be full of wusses.
SERIOUSLY? You know what? For once I'm not gonna talk $#&%. You heard me. Geekman is NOT talking $#%& for once.
That's an hour more of cinematics. That's 60 times WORSE than Watch Dogs. Your trolling is bad and you should feel bad.
There's a reason it's reffered to as "Movie of the Year."
As long as it's not as much cinematics as The Last of Us.
And did did I SAY that it WOULD be the significant system seller people think it would be? I did not. I said it was a system seller, not a huge one. Even 3D World didn't cause Wii U sales to be this huge bump people were expecting. I said Titanfall would make me and many others buy an Xbox One. Never did I say the amount would be tremendous.
Super Mario 3D World has almost sold over 2 million units. It had the worst LAUNCH WEEK. Launch sales mean nothing. Again, look at the PS3, which while it was beating the 360 sold horribly in it's first few years. We will SEE how well the game sells indeed.
If a game that was a prettier version of the 3DS version with multiplayer and better levels caused the Wii U sales to rise, then a game as epic as Titanfall is a system seller hands down.
Late.
And after that it'll be Halo 5, and who knows what after that. Nobody's gonna be lining up at Gamestop for Ryse: Son of Rome 2.
Very few acknowledge the fact that the Ps3 failed within the first couple of years. While it beat the 360, the launch failed especially, and Sony hand;t recovered until years later. I'm glad the PS4 is doing well, because Sony can't afford to have the same issue. (Yes, the PS3 sold badly at first, Badz. Get over yourself.)
Gaming, no. Trying to stay neutral in a 3 way console war, yes.
Er, sorry, but yes. If a company goes bankrupt, then so does their game division. Unless Nintendo, Microsoft, Amazon, or some other company buys the playstation brand, then that pretty much means the PS4 would die. The same thing happened with Atari.
A few months of sales mean nothing. Look at the PS3, which was selling horribly when it came out and took years to recover. Look at the Wii U, which is still selling horribly but has current and upcoming games that are already best sellers. I WANT the PS4 to win, and Sony NEEDS the PS4 to win if it doesn't wanna go bankrupt, but you can't base an argument off a few months of sales.
Anythings possible, but the 3 reasons I gathered from this were "Microsoft is rich, Titanfall is awesome, and the Xbox One is an "All in one entertainment system." I see nothing that can keep Sony from winning this gen, and a few exclusives are gonna helo the other consoles, but not dent the PS4.
(Sarcasm.)
