The last bit of rumor came from Gamefly who sent emails to people who had Agent on their wishlist that the game was canceled. However Gamefly later stated that it was an automated Email and they didn't know if it was canceled or no.
My guess is that Agent will be PS4 and the reason we haven't heard anything is because Rockstar don't show their games until they are ready too. How long was Red DR and GTA5 rumored before we heard anything.

The reason why no game I ever played has any of those things in it is because they sound stupid, un fun and nothing scary about it.
Survival horrors are all about saving ammo and health because they are scarcely found and if you played TLOU on higher difficulties thats exactly how it is.

MAG was one of those games that got a lot of hate because it was a Sony game, a new IP and online only but I thought it was brilliant. I leveled up the 3 classes to the max level, was one of the first 5 to get the platinum on PSTrophies.com and I played it for months on end. The game was great.

If I was an independant developer I would treat MS like I do any woman that turns me down. It's there loss and stop wasting time on them. If MS want to push for parity then let them. They will eventually find that out that the person they turned down could have been the start of a great relationship or in their case a great partnership but they want to let looks and all that other crap get in the way of that.

Honestly as a PS and Nintendo only long time gamer, I want to see the return of old franchises like Socom or a Mag2. Sequels to games like Syphon filter, GOW, Medievil from PS1 and Resistance. Any new IPs are good once proven because it's the old series I keep buying Playstation for.

Sony isn't pushed about this holiday season. They know they have the sales advantage right now and will still sell around 5 or more mil consoles in OCT Nov and December. They also know they have multiplats that run better so that gives them an advantage considering most big games are multiplats anyway. They'll also save a lot on marketing in the process.
They'll release games at times when people usually don't buy as many consoles to give sale that little push...

See thats why this whole debate of gameplay is better than graphics fails because the best games always have both. Hell 2 of my most favorite games last gen were GOW3 and UC2 and those 2 games set graphical standards for consoles at their releases, they both had killer storylines and good gameplay.

Yeah a game like Dead Rising is all about killing tonnes of zombies with all different types of weapons and other things you might find. On that game more AI adds to the gameplay. On AC all the AI does is get in your way, allow you to pickpocket them and provide hiding places. Oh and annoy the crap out of you a lot.
900p to 1090p won't be a huge difference but anyone who has FF14 can switch that game between 720p and 1080p from the settings and there is a big difference when doing that.

Doesn't matter. When it comes to business do you really think publishers will take that into consideration when deciding which platforms and what budget to use.
We could spend 100 mil developing this game which we predict will make us 200 mil on PS4 and 100 mil on X1, or we could spend 50 mil on a PS4 version which would still make us 200 mil and we could save money on development costs and other costs, then release on X1 one year down the line.
