yeah, it's odd that they picked MGS4 as a picture for a game with unskippable cutscenes. i actually really liked the way the cutscene options were done in that game.
also, there's an MGS4 picture for the one about showing progress while loading. MGS doesn't have a bar, but it definitely tells you the percent the whole time.
