Can you run into people in the game? I mean body collisions like in GTA IV? Your reply would be appreciated. In a video I saw, it looked like when you walk into pedestrians they didn't move. Hope I'm wrong. If I am not, doesn't matter all that much.

Yeah, I found the start/select buttons a little hard to press since they're small and I have large hands.

I have it on my PSP but I had downloaded it online. Would have been better on PS Vita but I had played it too much on the actual PS1, then the PSP to play it again. Good news for those who didn't get the opportunity or want it again. :)

I wouldn't call them overrated. When GTA IV came out my mind was blown. Same as GTA III since they made such graphical and technical leaps that it would be blasphemy to not appreciate their efforts. For its time GTA IV was indeed a 10/10, I also think GTA V can come close.
