maybe Sony didnt realise the potential, or it was ahead of it's time (the market wasnt interested then) or whatever. sometimes innovative tech doesn't take first time around. MS was also doing motion sensing in 2000... what's your point?

do yourself a favor and go plasma for 3D. unfortunately Sony Fanboys will be stuck with inferior LEDLCD because of those 4 little letters in the middle, below the screen. once again, just as in 2D, plasma trumps in everything but marketing. Sony know this, but it is just an unforeseen disadvantage to focusing on LCD a few years back

i know 6 PS3 owners and four got them for free and don't play it. 1 plays the sh1t out of it and one bought it for it's awesome media ability. that is 5 out of 6 owners who don't buy games for it. HOWEVER, i bet the buy GT5, that game is a system seller right there
