In some cases yes, with some games you may get extra ingame content to some pretty cool stuff such as the gta 4 special edtion pack. But then again you might only get a metal case which may for some strange reason end up with some weird rust on it after time.
Could be, now I am trying to figure out if I want to get it on release day or wait and see if there are going to be any expansion packs that could make it a goty edition.
I really can't wait for this game, just hope they stay true to the series and the manuals, without a doubt the fallout manuals where one of the best around.
Now if only some one would make another Crusader: No remorse/regret.
