Yeah you are right, when I read the full article I noticed that too. It would be great if they put an actual Pokemon game on android/iphone. I would buy it.
According to the article it is not "The Pokemon Company is closely tied with Nintendo and its hardware, Pokemon is still an independent company, with Nintendo owning 32 percent of the firm"
It is possible since Nintendo would still own the IP. The only issue is that Apple would get a large cut of the sales made, plus it gives Apple an advantage over future/present Nintendo handhelds. Pokemon on a smart phone would be a KILLER in terms of sales, so would be a massive cash in. Is it worth Nintendo taking the risk and whether or not they would give up to much ground to Apple in the long run is the real question.
If you re-read my comment, I said 'some' of the most 'hardcore racing' fans. I'm not trying to start a comparison match between different sports as to who is more 'hardcore'.
I'd definitely recommend getting a wheel for F1 2011. I used one throughout GT5 and F1 2010. It just adds a whole another level of depth and enjoyment to the games.
Damn straight! F1 fans are some of the most hardcore racing fans, and I for one want to continue to see F1 head in the direction of realism. I am really looking forward to the next installment, but it better not be buggy like F1 2010. Lets hope that F1 2011 does not disappoint in terms of quality and realism.
I don't disagree. The earliest we will see the new tech though will be either the end of 2012 or beginning of 2013. The only reason some people are not crying out for new tech is because there are still good quality games coming out this year and the beginning of next. That is the case for me at least, but I expect new technology soon. In the mean time, I am going to enjoy what is left of this generation.
It never does..
We are getting fairly close to the next generation. Come next E3, I would like to see Microsoft and Sony show there hand as to how they envision the next gen so they can compete with the Wii U. By the end of 2012 or beginning of 2013..I think I would be ready to take the next gen leap. My PS3 is still going strong since there are still plenty of games that I want to play, so I am in no rush but it is coming close. I just hope that the next generation offerings from Microsoft and Sony are not ...
Even Sony fans can agree, that for the consumer this is not great. If you purchase your games new, this will not affect you. If you purchase your games second hand, then yes you will not have the full experience.
The purpose of the pass from what is said in the article sounds as if it either adds or restricts certain content. I quote, the code will provide "full online access for that title". This is Sony's way of encouraging users to buy new games instead of se...
So many things must have caused this change..
Is it purely nostalgia? I do miss the old days, but when I think back a certain amount of the gaming was left to our imagination. Games now, don't allow any level of interpretation or imagination because they have progressed so far. xPhearR3dx, makes a really interesting point about the replay value though, because that is so true. I used to play games over and over again, and get years out of them because they were so enjoyable. I don...
Actually Thantos, Solid Snakes real name is David. If you have played to the end of MGS1, Snake reveals to Meryl that his name is David.
I had never seen the original design concept for Resident Evil 5. Was really insightful, so thanks for providing the link :)
As impressive as IBM's computer Watson is...I quite enjoyed watching Sony's robots dance =P
The only reason I have not bought ME2 yet is because I played it on PC. I intend on buying the PS3 version before ME3 is released so I can carry my character over. Plus I want to play the DLC that is included and collect the trophies. I am more concerned about other games at the moment though such as Dead Space 2, LBP2 and Killzone 3

1. I think anasurimbor was just trying to make the point that in capitalist society there can be a high work rate. For example, if you are a manager you have greater responsibility and it is less likely you will work within the regulations of hours per week (may do 50 hours or more). Game developers put a lot of hours creating games, and the trend is that consumers want games faster but still want the quality. So this potentially causes longer working hours to meet consumer d...
The trailer really surprised me...but I just felt horrible for the family. That just demonstrates how well done and powerful that trailer was.
It really does, has certainly peaked my interest. I wasn't expecting much from the story, but it actually looks really good. Can't wait to see more!
You summarised it perfectly. If anything, there will be a high level of integration between the PS4 and NGP but there is no way it will completely replace it.
I don't believe this either. Of course Sony will have a development team conducting R&D on the successor to the PS3. None of us have any idea how long it will be before the PS4 arrives, but at the moment the PS3 is still going strong with PLENTY of great games still coming out.
For Sony, it makes sense to try and keep the PS3 relevant so it can continue gaining high margins. The time is simply not right yet, but don't think for one second that Sony are not conduc...
I still really do not understand those who classify LoS as a great game, let alone "one of the best games this gen". It is the first and only game I have purchased (due to the amount of praise) which I really did not enjoy in the slightest. I personally don't get it, but that is just my opinion.
On topic, Ninja Theory sound very indecisive and are just trying to please everyone which will ultimately lead to their failure. The fans clearly want a return to what m...
