"In its current form, it was shaping up to be a story-based, linear adventure game. Throughout the development process, we have been testing the game concept with players, listening to the feedback about what and how they want to play, and closely tracking fundamental shifts in the marketplace. It has become clear that to deliver an experience that players will want to come back to and enjoy for a long time to come, we needed to pivot the design."

I just want to imagine what this game would have been if they had until early 2018. I still really like FFXV though but it is a shame so much content was seemly cut to hit 2016.
The 4 million copies thing is someone yet again misinterpreting what they meant. They said they would like to see that. The financial predictions for the year stated that they would do 4 million by the end of March (2 months of sales/ totally reasonable IMO)
And then with this article. They would "like" to see it. Of course they would. What Game Creator, Creator of any entertainment that is reviewed, would not want the highest reviews on there product? What are they suppose ...
It is on the PS store in US and Japan as far as I know @OmnislashVer36 https://store.playstation.c...
Brian Bloom is a talented guy. Playing Captain Reyes and writing the story. Just awesome.
It is confirmed to take place after 6, I do agree though that would be cool.
I appreciate the consideration for people who don't really have access to an internet connection. Making sure the base game runs well enough for everyone is really respectable (in this era we live in). All Devs and Publishers should be like this. These giant patches we get now for many games to make the game run well or good enough are unacceptable. The base game should always be good enough, not "Print the disc, and make it run well later" thing we have going in this industry s...
Paragon is out already physically. It gives you instant beta access and a bunch of other nonsense. Literally a beta on disc. Thanks Devs, what we really want is early access physical games :/ https://www.amazon.com/Para...
Otherwise, I am excited for Furi, And Oreshika. Been wanting to play Oreshika for awhile. :)
Luckily they are sticking to the single player focus of their previous games. Crazy toys, open world action minus the Co-Op
"Exclusively Single player Open world Action game" according to their press release. So similar to Saints Row in that respect minus the CO-OP it seems.
Wait the Date says March 31st not May 31st. I think this is suppose to be an April Fools Joke if I am not wrong 0_o
Hopefully with more competitive pricing. We need competition in the PC space. This is why people root for AMD's success ,because it can force Nvidia to drop prices
@WeAreLegion Last year Sony's conference was 90 minutes. They have been trying to make the E3 presentations 90 minutes for the past couple of years, it seems. They use to be 2 hours though.
That is good that he had some input and helped out Tabata. Excited for XV. It would be awesome if he came back to help Square with a future entry ,but alas he is caught up in his amazing hip hop career :P

(Please forgive me I am just having some fun.)
Like almost every free app does.
MicroTransactions.
I find that a good release for it to come out. 6 months after the event, on a Friday for a Worldwide release, coming out in early fall before everything else does. Makes sense to me if it is true. Been a long time coming. :)
Exactly I feel the same way. If Kojima and his old team are not involved I won't support it. Especially when it is still in the hands of those scumbags at Konami.
@ThatGameDart I understand where are you coming from but this is a manufacturing issue. It is not something that is necessarily easy to predict, at least from my perspective.
I do agree that Sony should be more sure of their release dates. I don't disagree with you there.
@Bimkoblerutso I agree with you there for the most part. I should have clarified I was specifically talking about the comment "Hm...IGN didn't receive their check?" Which I don't agree with that comment at all and like you said they don't outright bribe them. So I agree with you there. There are examples of it happening like the Gertsman thing.Another recent example, is the Shadow of Mordor crap with Youtubers back in 2014( even if that they are not press it is still an ...
@dlacy13g I forgot about that but theoretically Respawn runs out of money cause EA are such terrible partners and keep killing their games. I would not be surprised if that happened then EA shuts down Bioware eventually. Because Bioware is already a husk of its formal self anyway.
