I personally, like Sonys approach more, I prefer disc over digital download. Plus the PS2 remakes are actual games, like GoW collection, not mediocre arcade titles.
Now if MS made a Halo remake collection...

Mass Effect was bioware, not EA, Bioware and MS were close last gen, thats why ME is exclusive.
L4D1 and 2 are on 360 exclusively because PS3 is a mess to code for, not MS paying anyone.

When i think of dedicated servers, i think of Bad Company 2, thats full of lag.
When i think of P2P servers, i think of MW2, which has NO lag (at least on 360).
Dedicated servers often lag when too many people are on them, the company can cut the games online off, ect..

2. First console for mature gaming audience.
3. First console with camera controlled games.

Which is why PS1 and PS2 broke more often than Xbox 360 does? And why is Sony ALWAYS playing catch up with XBL? Netflix,Trophies,Patches,no cross game chat yet (LOL!!!!!!!), a crappy dashboard.
PSN firmware updates are strictly for playing catch-up with XBL.
The only thing PSN has on XBL are
1. Free online (which is good, too bad the dashboard sucks and nobody has mics, and the people that do have mics, have crappy ones that cause so much white noise).
2. Money system, i hate the shytty points, i wish MS would get with the times and copy Sony on this one.
