Because it took me less than 5 minutes to download Tekken 5:DR wich was about 555MB. I dont think thats horribly slow at all.
*EDIT* I just realized I typed 5. Thats not true. But it was definetly less than 10 minutes. Im positive of that. I have Verizon FIOS but still I dont think its that much faster than most cable connections.
