It is smaller than the Phat PS3 in height and length wise. I have the phat PS3 so it is not that big tbh.
I don't see that happening unless Nintendo agrees to buy in to their terms of used game fees. EA needs to compensate for the sudden cancelation of their online pass program. Nintendo march with their own drum beat so I don't see it happening anytime soon, unfortunately.
If you are have zero interest, then why waste 2 bubbles posting on news/opinion piece about it?
That is a good point. Judging from all the positive reactions and huge improvements that are in the Kinect 2, and not to mention it is included in every Sku, I think there will be some great gaming features that we can be looking forward to. I am curious to see what Ryse can do because it is a core hybrid controller/Kinect title that sounds pretty good on paper.
It'll probably won't look as good but I bet it'll play better than most games on other next gen consoles.
The question ain't so much about next gen spec but next gen game support. If Nintendo can manage to get some needed ports of next gen titles that are on the other next gen systems, then along with their usual top-notch franchises, that should be enough.
How in the world does someone came up with the idea that one console will not do traditional gaming as well as another when both have controllers that function equally in almost every aspect. It is funny and tragic at the same time when I first hear this Sh!t. LMFAO
Yo Deebo,
chill out Dawg and get off Jek's back. He's been very vocal and concern about used game fee if you look at his past posts and this article is stating that there is no fee involve for the customer so he is happy about it. You can say the same thing about the majority of Sony fans on N4G if you really want to go that route without sounding like a hypocrite.
@morganfell,
"How does MS know this person is a friend and not someone that bought the game used from you, Gamestop, or Cheap Santa? "
Because the license ID is tied up with the Azure used game system that only retailers have access to. For example, if the ID Azure detect that the ID hasn't been scan or process throgh Gamestop, for example, the ID will not be marked as a "used game" ID, per say. If it is not marked, then Live will charge for t...
I am willing to see what the Kinect 2 can do. Ryse, UFC, and the Black Tusk IP at E3 is what I am looking for. Who knows, if it really blows me away, I might consider picking it up at the end of the year along with my PS4.
Oh, the very reason why got a xbox 360 is solely for Gears. If somehow this game comes to the PS4, it is game ova my brother! No, I would not get a Xb1 unless there is another new exclusive franchise that attracts my attention. I am looking forward of seeing the Black Tusk game though.
It is all about the games and function of each console. I will Initially buy the PS4 first. If Gears of War 4 is released on XB1, there is no way I am skipping that game. When a new Zelda is out, I will get a Wii U too. It is all about what game each individual gamers love, spec means very little in the regard.
Exactly, to blame all this entire on MS is just not fair at this point. No doubt the publishers and developers are are the ones pressing console makers like Sony, Nintendo, and MS to implement this used game policy. There is a reason for the lack of Wii U support on new third party games because they are unwilling to go along with the plan. I expect Sony to follow suit. I am getting a PS4 but I will support it if developers can benefit from this.
I can't wait to get the hardest achievement for TV, watching "Battlefield Earth" (Achievement unlock, you had watch the entire movie without walking away)
But this is still only a patent and who knows if it is true or not. Fingers crossed that it never become a realty.
I am pretty sure Kinect will be covered under warranty as part of the system and will sold as a separate kit if you need another one. It is not like it is permanently attached to the system. As far as I know, the Kinect still plug in a port on the back of the XB1. It is a non-issue, you guyz are trying too hard to troll.
Use an external HDD to add more space, if needed. That is not a huge issue.
right on, you keep hearing studios are getting out of business year after year even when the games are they made are great because they can't recoup the cost of unit sold and budget cost. Publishers like THQ and Atari are also casualty of this mess. At least with this system implemented, Publishers will at least get a percentage of each used game sold. That will prolong their survival and more games will be made as a result.
according to the article, retailers are free to...
UPDATE: Many readers are asking whether the £35 will be additional cost on top of the price of buying the game. No, we believe that the £35 figure – which is not our number, incidentally – would cover the entire transaction.
