Don't worry, the pc fans are the ones giving you your disagrees; they don't have a visual competitor for the games you named so they want to hail this game as a proof of pc superiority, because pc will have the 'definitive' version of this even though they have nothing on pc that comes near the games you named.

I can imagine it two with its nes graphics on pc at 4k and 120fps, compared to ps4 with cgish in game visuals even if it was 720p and 'choppy' 30fps, man pc sucks; it never outputs 1/120 of what you pc nerds claim it can do and in comparison to the other platforms.

best version to me is highly subjective
I couldn't imagine a twisted metal on ps4, with what EatSleepPlay have been able to do on previous generations with very limited ram, and even last gen on ps3 with starting twisted metal development as a psn title; then a full game now finally having ample ram will be a really interesting thing to see how the worlds in a twisted metal game would be.

I mean who would want a pc which cant even run a game with wet clothing and hair physics and snow and sand erosion and footprint technology from the ps3 LAST generation, let alone anything near driveclub and order 1886 and even killzone shadowfall graphics or even infamous ss graphics ingame
I don't know about 'would be' or 'could be' despite the pc no matter how much anyone could put in it unless sony themselves made the hardware, some people overestimate on paper specs; which is why I suspect its automatically, "pc could run it better."
But people forget despite pc having so many new gpus and cpus and hardwares; the little "weakling" ps4 is made by sony, which is a movie making company; and are Japanese.
