You can't steal something if you don't take something from someone else and they are left with nothing anyway. Piracy is cloning not stealing, if you steal someone's wallet they don't have the wallet anymore , if you pirate a game the original person still has the game so it can't be stealing.
Steal ? It's not stealing, no one is having anything taken from them, its cloning technically, the origal one doesn't get taken it gets copied, both parties have the game
All it takes is for the company to close and you lose it all anyway if it's digital.
No one gets taken to court for pirating games anyway, they only try to take the ones cracking the game, even then it pretty much never happens.

They will definitely go full third party , they can't sell hardware because no one wants it, all they have is software , If they have no console they can only sell on everyone else's hardware, so being a third party publisher is all they have left.

Weird , I can't see any ...... all I can see is legitimate reasons as to why a terrible game that people can play for free got more play time than a game that costs full price, but if you want to play imaginary that's up to you.
