Bloodborne just plays more fluidly. Project cars is amazing in boost mode, so slick
the one and only over $500 console...
If you have a 4K TV 1000% yes
If you are into Sim racing (Assetto Corsa, Project Cars) 85% yes (boost mode will improve racing games fps which is a big deal)
If your favorite games are getting a benefit from the PS4 Pro hardware 60% yes
If you only get the extra hardware benefits without any tangible benefits to your gaming habits 20% yes

how many things the government is doing that should not be doing. if government was not so power hungry it would not need so much money
