More isn't always better if it compromising the performance of the console as a whole. I am not saying that in this instance that will be the case, just that it is the reality of it. There has to be a balance that compliments each other/
Actually the author didn't say no to more teraflops, if you read it properly it actually says that more teraflops don't increase the consoles performance and that too many teraflops not coupled with the right hardware can have a negative effect on the consoles performance. This has nothing to do with a particular platform.

Star Wars plays a very big part in video games, and what the writer here is trying to convey is how that love for the franchise affects everything that we do regarding Star Wars, be it the movies, the video games, the books. No matter what it is, if it has something to do with Star Wars people love it and that transpires over to the current fad that is Star Wars: Battlefont on Pc, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
But Shenmue wasn't announced at E3 as an exclusive, it was announced as a kickstarter. This is about what was AT the presentation, not what came after it
