Yes! Finally the DBZ fans get a solid game. You guys deserve it, glad BNG could bring to ya'll.
I'm not the biggest DBZ fan, but I'll give this a go since the scores have been generally pretty good.
I can see that for sure. I think the whole custom fighter thing is a neat concept and I can't wait to see what people think of the game. Hope you enjoy it man!
Hmm. Interesting. Although I'm not all that excited for it, I can see that someone who is very nostalgic for the show could be. Plus, you DBZ fans deserve a good game. Hasn't been one in awhile from what I've heard!
I believe they were. Plus it's always nice to read some pieces that aren't adding fuel to the whole gamer war fire.
I kind of want Telltale to slow it down a bit. Their games don't feel special anymore. Maybe if they took a few years off, tuned up their engine, and then released a game or two.
Nice to see you got both parts out today. Haha. Great job man.
I would like more realistic launch dates as well. Although I want games to come out when they're ready and not be rushed, I would just like to hear a realistic date and not have to have it delayed two times.
Hmm. I'll give this game a go. Why not?
Can't wait to see the mods that people create for this game. It's going to be wild!
I really hope it gets better. This past year was awful. I'm not asking for a radical change, but a small improvement would be nice.
Yeah I avoided all of the GG stuff. Didn't want to get into that hostile environment. I play video games for fun and the social aspect, not to get into fights and argue.
Interesting points. While I'm not 100% on board with the first point, I do think that you have a good point on the second. The entire gamer community really needs to be much more kind to each other. Waaaaay too much hate being slung around these days.
Great game. Congrats to RS, you guys deserve it!
Now thats a neat design. The spring mechanism is pretty cool. Solid overview / review!
I hate people like that. Just because they're singing about video games, doesn't mean that it's not "real music". I think Danny's vocals are damn good regardless of genre.
Does anyone really care? I mean people seem to generally really enjoy it so who cares if one guy doesn't want to play it? So much negativity lately. Jesus.
A buddy of mine introduced me to Starbomb and I gotta say, I'm a big fan. It's cool to hear video game themed music that's actually pretty good.
Their music actually got me into Ninja Sex Party and Game Grumps.
Good review btw!
"I just like good games. Period. I think it's important to send the message that games can still be fun without a $50 million budget which causes large companies to avoid creative risks in favor of the same yearly franchises."
This this and this. You said it perfectly, Jay!
I gotta side with you Astronaut. I think a lot of indies are more open ended than most AAA games.
@smells
I'm in the same boat, man. Don't see the need to hate either company. They're both knocking out fun titles for us to play, so I say I hope they both do well.
I kind of agree with your point here. Although I don't think it's too bad, the 360 and PS3 are holding some games back. Hopefully in the next 2-3 years we'll see them phased out.
