The easiest way to see the difference is look at the middle to top of each comparison video and look at the bushes. They have increased the draw distance of the player's view which means that when you are running around, objects in the distance will be rendered at a further distance, so that it isn't as obvious when they fade into view.
A WW2 game on the latest hardware has been a long time coming. Every year I wait for the next COD announcement to be a WW2 game, why Activision has 3 developers making futuristic fps games is beyond me.
I still can't believe that not one of the big publishers and fps developers has even bothered with a WW2 game lately. There is still so much that games have not done during the WW2 era in terms of story. Also, the graphics/sounds would be phenomenonal on the latest game engines.
Personally, the campaign in Call of Duty is my favourite part of the series. I feel that after playing the story, you get a better understanding as to why each faction is fighting each other and why they are in the locations of the maps. Putting it simply, I think that it just adds a little more to the multiplayer.
In all of my years in gaming, Destiny has to be up there with the most disappointing video games of all time. The promise and potential the game had at release was quite literally torn apart.
The art style and gameplay is great, the rest is not good. Th business decisions behind it are disgusting and can't be forgiven. Hopefully, Destiny 2 will be a complete game with the Bungie standard that we expect to see.
How about showing some images that are of the same scene? Or at least within a similar scene. These ones have next to no similarity with each other.
I don't deny there will be a downgrade of some sort but I can't stand it when so called comparisons do not even have similar locations. Also before jumping to any solid conclusions on the matter until the actual game has been released.
CD Project isn't changing the way the gaming industry looks at DLC. They are simply doing what the gaming industry used to do in terms of DLC. Making proper expansions and add-ons for a complete game at a reasonable price.
I don't know if you can say that it is 'dead in the water' but after the failure of Dead Space 3, the series certainly needs to be taken back to its roots.
Dead Space 1 and 2 are two of my favourite games of last generation. Also if they do bring the series back, please don't bring any form of online play back with it.
Naughty Dog are my personal favorite developers. One reason is because they are willing to to move on from a franchise no matter how big it becomes.
My dream, although it will never happen, is that they make a game set in the Star Wars universe. It would be phenomenal haha
Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
I really do hope that R* and Take Two are not actually considering turning a series that is renowned for it's incredible single player experience into a multiplayer focused game with a side dish of single player.
For me, GTA V online doesn't work as well as Red Dead Redemption online. Thee only reason I could see them considering this is because they are making big money on those awful Shark Cards.
How can "Mediocre story, Repetitive missions and minor technical problems" only result in a single point dropped off the score?
