The article states that an aspect of ReCore is the charge shot attacks which is what Mega Man had. One of the producers for Mega Man is working on ReCore
It has some things drawn from those games but to call it a mashup between metroid and mega man is very misleading. Anyways I can't wait to play this game. Hopefully the campaign is long :DD

So out of all the things a game has to offer, you can only find one thing that is good especially for a game that is, for the most part, well received. You obviously would like more about this game, but since you have your heart fully in Microsoft, you won't experience the beauty in other things.

Exactly. once they know that they can charge into other ships the more they will try to use it. they should add a mode where charging is the only way of bringing down an opponent lol
