You are fucking wrong in every sense. I have tried stopped gaming for 4 years and every night I would have vivid dreams of video games (a symptom of video game addiction). People have died by excessive gaming. People spend over 24 hours in front of a screen. People wont do that trying to smoke cigarettes. I used to smoke about half a pack a day and it didnt come close to the problems I am having trying to quit video games

Problem is is that I dont get bored of gaming. I recently slept 8 hours in 3 days playing just games. My hygiene was shit and I wanted to 0lay more but was tired. People,neglect their own child or die because of excessive gaming. If you dont think that is addiction than go do some research because you are very wrong
Can confirm I am a video game addict and it fucking sucks. Last night I only slept 2 hours because I was up gaming. The previous night was 5 hours and the fact that I didnt use my sleep apnea machine because I was too tired. It fucking sucks and I need help
