I would've gotten this over Assassins creed, man. Uncharted was the best game I've ever played 30 times over and over. "ha" I can't stop playing it. The next-gen filter and the mirror mod make this game a whole different experience on your 2nd time thru.
What I advice you all to do is this.
1 - Play thrut he game normally. Don't use any rewards
2- Play thru again, only now use the next gen filter and a new costume of your choice. There are ton...

About sums it up... Other than Uncharted smokes Resident Evil, Gears of War and Silent hills ass and rotates it twice. I wonder where they're going to take it next. That's all I can ponder at this stage. I hope they don't take it to Siberia or the Arctic. Snow would be too bland of a setting now we've experienced the incredible Tropics... Then again, do we want to experience even more?

Variety is variety... Mario Galaxy review anyone? though I agree with it. They really talked uncharted up, I thought. They were wrong about a few things, though. The fight scene at the end was amazing. It was cinematic. Unlike all games before it. This one actually felt like a movie right. The jeep scene had not 1 ounce of a choppy frame rate on my tv or ps3. I don't understand that... But, overall, a great review for a great game.

No, i know it does... But I'm saying for anyone who wants to complain and nag about it. This game does, actually, boot up in 1080P and it looks even better. All you need to do is disable 720P and 1080I from your xmb for it to work. I never noticed anything these people are talking about. The choppy driving scene? Whatever... that thing was intense. And ithad no pop in or slow down on my end. I love this game so much.

It gets very Suvival Horrorish in about 3 more chapters. It takes Silent Hil and Resident Evil and spits them the pluck out. See to believe.
FACT : Xbox had a world wide launch, though looking in Japan and England you wouldn't know it.

Best game ever made, folks. It's incredible. Start to finish there isn't 1 dry moment... Only when a chapter ends too damn soon "ha" I hated that about 8,9 and 10... They went way too fast. 15 on up stays the course with some decent chapters. The Monistary is like Gears of War on crack. By this time you should ahve enough accomplishments to unlock the next gen filter. "Ha" it's awesome and it makes it look 100% like Gears of War. It's so cool.
Uncharted is not a platformer by anymeans. It's a kickass game, but not a platformer. It's like a Bard. It's a jack of all.

This is the best game I've ever played. I'm so glad I got the chance to play this before the reviews came out and I'm so glad I got the chance to actually live to see this game play out. I loved it. Sony's 1st game that's ever been flawless to me.
Uncharted takes everything you know about gaming and kicks it up 10 notches and then throws a twist in the middle of the game that no one who doesn't look at spoilers will see coming.

Ha, nah... Lair's pretty damn good. Graphically it's amazing. I never seen a problem with the controls. I'm a huge advocate against the wii and stuff but Lair's motion controls work very well. I'll say this... If you want a different experience out of your ps3... this is a great game to have. Not all games should be like this, I admit... but when 1 or two come along... It's alright. Lair was a great game for me. Never had any trouble with it at all.
You're one of the most bias people I've seen here. The other day you were touting the dominance of xbox 360 games over ps3 games in line of ports. I don't care what it is... A shoddy game is a shoddy game. Framerate always distracts and detracts from review scores. Look at Madden, Skate, Assassins Creed... Only, here with Mass Effect it's not even an issue. It's alright with them that the game has slowdown cause of what it was trying to accomplish.

Not alot of games use motion sensing anyways, but yeah... it does. Motorstorm does, anyways. I tried it for a few laps. It's probably the best on Motorstorm. Lair hasn't been patched it seems, cause my conroller doesn't shake while playing it. I wish it did, cause I really lvoe lair. < that's no lie.
To be fair, and I'm a pretty big fan of the idea behind Mass Effect, there are 4 or 5 reviews for R&CFTOD that haven't been implemented into the ranking system. Gametv gave it a 5... for instance. They use Gametv on all xbox 360 reviews and they have yet to put their review in for R&CFTOD. These % are just as tilted as the sales data.

Alright, Mirror mode actually flips everything around... Making what you know as right, left, basically. It changes the whole trajectory of the level. Everything. It's like walking into a new game, basiclly... New game, different layout.
Next-gen filters... there are 3... Sepia, black and white and next gen. The next gen filter basically makes everything look like gears of War. Only, add about 20 notches of bloom effect. It's impressive and adds a whole new flair to the game....
