That's a slow ass pc. Consoles about 2080-ti and then you have to upgrade everything else.
Smart delivery should already be done by AAA developers. People buying new consoles won't buy games on older systems.

Sony playing 5d chess, Souls games reached a large audience beyond PS consoles and that audience will be interested in buying a PS5 for the remake.
I hope the design aids with cooling and noise. On just aesthetics, I prefer the look of the original PS4. The pro and slim got a bit weird.
On PS4 they focused a lot of effort on graphics, now they can focus on gameplay and next gen.
You can use a lapboard for keys and noise and stream to living room with steam link app.
