Developers don't have to say anything every one knows every single multiplatform game will look and perform better on PS4.
Alot of people are also forgetting even if this is true it will still look better than the Xbox one version so far only the PC/PS4 versions have been shown of course PC will be the best looking version.

I agree if true its the worst one in the series remaking it would be a waste of time and money.TLOU will get people re-buy and people who haven't had the chance to play it on the PS3 to purchase on the the PS4 GOW Ascension is the complete opposite.

Supercomputer from 2005 can't even run majorities of its games in 1080p lot of them dip in the teen frames can't even get the ancient Source engine to run in 1080p either.
